Week 1 (27-29 Aug): Introduction to course, Prepare Self Disclosure Reading, Read Chapters 1-3.19

Week 2 (1- 5 Sep): Self Disclosure Readings

Week 3 (8-12 Sep): Study use of the body and senses in OI.

Week 4 (15-19 Sep): Study use of the voice in OI.

Week 5 (22-26 Sep): Sense Memory Performances (M & W), Quiz 1, Chapters 1-3 (F)

Week 6 (29 Sep-3 Oct): (Library work 3 Oct). Performing narrative prose. Read Chapters 4-5.

Week 7 (6-10 Oct): Lecture and class work on prose.

Week 8, Fall Break 13 & 14 Oct, (15 & 17 Oct): Perform Prose assignment.

Week 9 (20-24 Oct): Read Chapter 6. Monday - Ashley, Amanda, Meredith, Jamie, Jacob S., Jacob R., Jamie, Zach, Carter, Kasey, David. Perform Prose assignment, , Continue Prose - Wednesday. *(change) Quiz 2 – Chapters 4-5, Wed. Fri. 24 . Study Drama. Work in groups for Drama.

Week 10 (27-31 Oct): Study drama, rehearse when extra time is available. (*Monday, 3 Nov.. -Self and Peer evals due for Prose.)

Week 11 (3-7 Nov):Monday and Wednesday - Drama Performances. Friday - Lecture and work on poetry. Read Chapter 7 and bring your book to class.

Week 12 (10-14 Nov): Study Poetry . Quiz 3, Friday on Chapters 6 & 7. (* Self and peer reviews due for Drama due by Friday, Nov 21 .)

Week 13 (17-21Nov):, M-F- Discussion of Final Assignment that includes Poetry.

Week 14 (24 Nov) (26-28 Thanksgiving Break ): Monday - Work on Final performances.

Week 15 (1-5 Dec): Final Performances.

Week 16 (Monday, 8 Dec): Final Performances. All outside critiques are due.

Final exam date: Mon, Dec 14, noon in our classroom, Make up date for Final Performances not completed. (due - *self reviews only for Final Performance-These must be handed to me or have the admin at the main communication office put them in my mailbox at 9 College Way)
